【摘要】：目的研究部隊科技干部的心理狀況 ,為有針對性地開展心理衛(wèi)生服務(wù)工作提供依據(jù)。方法采用癥狀自評量表對第二炮兵某部科技干部進(jìn)行測評。結(jié)果某部科技干部的心理問題發(fā)生率為 4 0 .31% ;各因子分≥ 2分者占 6 .4 6 %～ 2 6 .0 6 % ,≥ 3分者占 1.5 6 %～ 4 .6 7%。強(qiáng)迫、偏執(zhí)、軀體化、焦慮、抑郁、精神病性、陽性項目數(shù)和總分與軍人常模相比差異顯著 (P 0 .0 5 ,P 0 .0 1)。軍齡 10年者軀體化、人際關(guān)系與≥ 10年軍齡者相比有明顯差異 (P 0 .0 5 )。結(jié)論某部科技干部心理水平良好 ,但心理問題也比較突出 ,應(yīng)引起各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視
[Abstract]:Objective to study the psychological status of scientific and technological cadres in the army and to provide evidence for the development of mental health services. Methods A scientific and technological cadre of the second Artillery Department was evaluated with symptom Checklist (SCL). Results the incidence of psychological problems in scientific and technological cadres was 40. 31%, 6.46 ~ 26. 06% and 1. 56 ~ 46. 7% with each factor score 鈮，
