【摘要】：目的 :通過(guò)對(duì)武警某部傷殘官兵的回顧性調(diào)查 ,探索其致殘的主要原因 ,為制定防治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 :以武警某部 1995～ 2 0 0 0年 5 5 1份評(píng)殘存檔資料為依據(jù) ,并逐一查閱傷殘官兵的原始病歷 ,進(jìn)行綜合分析與判斷。結(jié)果 :武警某部干部的傷殘率為 1.0 2‰ ,士兵的傷殘率為 7.19‰ ,其中入伍第一年度的士兵占 39.2 0 % ;從傷殘部位來(lái)看 ,脊椎骨折占 2 2 .87% ,四肢骨折占 15 .6 1% ,椎間盤(pán)突出占 14 .16 % ,關(guān)節(jié)損傷占 13.97% ,手外傷占 11.2 5 % ,顱腦損傷占9.98% ;從傷殘?jiān)騺?lái)看 ,擒敵技術(shù)訓(xùn)練傷占 34.85 % ,軍體訓(xùn)練占 30 .6 7%。結(jié)論 :入伍第一年度的士兵是傷殘中的主要人群 ,傷殘部位居前 6位的依次是 :脊椎骨折、四肢骨折、椎間盤(pán)突出、關(guān)節(jié)損傷、手外傷和顱腦損傷 ;擒敵技術(shù)訓(xùn)練、軍體訓(xùn)練是發(fā)生訓(xùn)練傷的主要課目。
