【摘要】：目的探討模擬月塵(lunar soil simulant,LSS)對(duì)大鼠肺臟急性損傷的病理學(xué)改變。方法采用粒徑在5μm以下的CAS-1模擬月壤作為真實(shí)月壤的替代物。用無(wú)菌生理鹽水配制模擬月塵混懸液。通過(guò)氣管滴注染毒法制備模擬月塵的動(dòng)物模型,同時(shí)與PM2.5及生理鹽水組對(duì)照,觀察染塵不同時(shí)期大鼠肺臟的超微結(jié)構(gòu)變化。結(jié)果 LSS高劑量組(灌注量1 m L,含7 mg LSS)4 h圖片可見(jiàn)肺泡間隔增厚和中性粒細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn);24 h圖片可見(jiàn)肺泡間隔增厚和血管內(nèi)中性粒細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),以及血管和支氣管周圍炎。LSS低劑量組(灌注量1 m L,含0.7 mg LSS)4 h圖片未見(jiàn)組織明顯病變;24 h圖片可見(jiàn)肺泡隔輕微增厚,支氣管周圍有中性粒細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)但比LSS高劑量組輕。PM2.5組4 h和24 h圖片均未觀察到炎癥、水腫。結(jié)論 LSS可能具有比PM2.5更強(qiáng)的肺毒性,可引起機(jī)體肺實(shí)質(zhì)損傷,產(chǎn)生炎癥性病變。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathological changes of acute lung injury induced by simulated lunar soil Simulant LSS in rats. Methods CAS-1 with particle size less than 5 渭 m was used to simulate lunar soil as a substitute for real lunar soil. The simulated lunar dust suspension was prepared with aseptic saline. The animal model of simulated lunar dust was established by trachea instillation and compared with PM2.5 and normal saline groups to observe the ultrastructural changes of lung in rats at different stages of exposure to dust. Results the alveolar septum thickening and neutrophil infiltration were observed in the high dose LSS group (perfusion volume 1 mL, including 7 mg LSS)4 h images). The alveolar septal thickening and intravascular neutrophil infiltration were observed in 24 h images. The alveolar septum was slightly thickened in vascular and peribronchitis 路LSS low-dose group (perfusion volume 1 mL, including 0.7 mg LSS)4 h images). Infiltration of neutrophils around the bronchus but no inflammation and edema were observed at 4 h and 24 h in the PM2.5 group, which was lighter than that in the high dose group of LSS. Conclusion LSS may have more pulmonary toxicity than PM2.5, which can cause lung parenchyma injury and inflammatory lesion.
