【摘要】：半個世紀以來,我軍在與血吸蟲病斗爭中進行了系列的流行病學研究,通過系統(tǒng)的回顧與總結(jié),提出了今后任務。(1)部隊疫情:著重介紹建國初期及近年幾起血吸蟲病急性感染實例,以及給疫區(qū)及臨時進駐疫區(qū)執(zhí)行任務的部隊官兵造成的嚴重危害。(2)調(diào)查研究:概括了各個時期我軍在血吸蟲病感染方式、個體防護、尾蚴調(diào)查及殺滅、快速偵檢、預防服藥方面調(diào)查研究所取得的系列成果。(3)防病經(jīng)驗:我軍在軍事演習、泅渡訓練、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、抗洪搶險等方面預防血吸蟲病的主要成效和基本經(jīng)驗。(4)今后任務:探討我軍今后血吸蟲病流行病學研究應著重解決的早期診斷與快速偵檢、疫水消毒、滅螺、個體防護、預防服藥和疫苗等方面的問題,為保障廣大官兵身體健康及部隊戰(zhàn)斗力服務。
[Abstract]:In the past half century, our army has carried out a series of epidemiological studies in the struggle against schistosomiasis. The epidemic situation of troops in the future was put forward. Several cases of acute schistosomiasis infection in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China and in recent years were introduced. And the investigation and study on the serious harm caused to the officers and men in the epidemic area and the troops temporarily stationed in the epidemic area to carry out their duties. The investigation and study: the way of schistosomiasis infection, the individual protection, the investigation and killing of cercariae, and the rapid detection of schistosomiasis in every period of our army are summarized. A series of achievements made by the Institute of investigation and Research on the Prevention of Medicines: our army's experience in military exercises, swimming training, agricultural production, The main achievements and basic experience of schistosomiasis prevention in flood control and emergency rescue. (4) the tasks in the future: to discuss the early diagnosis and rapid detection, disinfection of epidemic water, snail control and individual protection that should be solved in the future epidemiological study of schistosomiasis in our army. Prevention of medication and vaccine problems, to ensure the health of officers and soldiers and combat effectiveness.
