【摘要】：目的探討本體感覺神經(jīng)肌肉促進技術(shù)(PNF)和針刺治療艦艇官兵落枕的臨床療效。方法選取50例艦艇官兵落枕患者,依據(jù)治療方法分為PNF組和針刺組(分別接受PNF和針刺治療),每組25例。比較分析兩組患者治療前、治療后即刻和治療后3個月時的疼痛視覺模擬量表(VAS)評分、治療后即刻的關(guān)節(jié)活動度評分和治療后5個月內(nèi)的落枕復發(fā)率。結(jié)果兩組各1例患者因其他原因退出研究,共48例完成試驗。針刺組和PNF組患者治療后即刻的VAS評分低于治療前(1.9±0.5vs 7.6±1.6;2.7±0.7vs 8.0±1.4;P均0.01),但PNF組患者治療后即刻的VAS評分高于針刺組(2.7±0.7vs 1.9±0.5,P0.05);治療后3個月時兩組VAS評分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。針刺組患者在治療后即刻各方向關(guān)節(jié)活動度均較治療前改善(P0.01),且優(yōu)于PNF組(P0.01)。PNF組治療后5個月內(nèi)落枕復發(fā)率(4.2%,1/24)低于針刺組(25.0%,6/24),但差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PNF治療落枕的即刻效果雖然不及針刺,但其操作簡單、可能降低落枕復發(fā)率,可以作為治療落枕的替代方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular promoting technique (PNFs) and acupuncture in the treatment of naval officers and soldiers falling pillow. Methods 50 patients with falling pillow were divided into PNF group and acupuncture group (25 cases in each group). The pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores before treatment, immediately after treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. The articular motion score immediately after treatment and the recurrence rate of occipital fall within 5 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results one patient in each group withdrew from the study for other reasons and 48 patients completed the test. The VAS scores of the patients in the acupuncture group and the PNF group were lower than those in the pre-treatment group (1.9 鹵0.5vs 7.6 鹵1.6 鹵2.7 鹵2.7 鹵1.4 P 0.01), but the VAS score in the PNF group was higher than that in the acupuncture group (2.7 鹵0.7vs 1.9 鹵0.5 P 0.05), and there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 3 months after treatment. The motion of joints in all directions in the acupuncture group was better than that before treatment, and was better than that in the PNF group within 5 months after treatment. The recurrence rate of the occipital drop in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the acupuncture group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion although the immediate effect of PNF in the treatment of falling occipital is not as good as that of acupuncture, it is easy to operate and may reduce the recurrence rate of falling occipital. It can be used as an alternative to the treatment of falling occipital.
