人力短臂離心機(jī)鍛煉后心率變異性的改變

【摘要】:目的 :觀察經(jīng)人力短臂離心機(jī)鍛煉后心率變異性(HRV)參數(shù)的變化 .方法 :選取 8名健康男性志愿者進(jìn)行了連續(xù) 7d的人力離心機(jī)鍛煉 ,每天鍛煉時(shí)間為 2 0min ,分別于鍛煉前、鍛煉 3次和 7次后 ,各記錄靜息心電一次 ,每次記錄的時(shí)間為 2 0min ,然后利用計(jì)算機(jī)分析得到HRV的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo) .結(jié)果 :與鍛煉前相比 ,鍛煉 3次和 7次后受試者心電的HRV高頻成分 (HF)能量顯著增加 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,低頻成分 (LF)能量顯著降低 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,低頻成分與高頻成分之比 (LF/HF)顯著降低 (P 0 .0 5 ) .結(jié)論 :通過對(duì)心率變異性指標(biāo)的分析 ,證明人力短臂離心機(jī)鍛煉可明顯改善心血管系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)能力 ,增強(qiáng)心臟的泵血功能 .
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of HRV parameters after human short arm centrifuge exercise. Methods: eight healthy male volunteers were selected for 7 consecutive days of human centrifuge exercise. The daily exercise time was 2 0min. Before exercise, 3 times and 7 times respectively, resting ECG was recorded. The time of recording was 2 0min, and then the indexes of HRV were obtained by computer analysis. Results: compared with before exercise, three and seven times of exercise significantly increased the energy of high frequency components of HRV (P 0.05), and decreased the energy of low frequency components (P 0.05). The ratio of low frequency component to high frequency component was significantly lower than that of low frequency component (P 0. 05). Conclusion: by analyzing the indexes of heart rate variability, it is proved that human short arm centrifuge exercise can obviously improve the regulating ability of cardiovascular system and enhance the pumping function of the heart.
