【摘要】：目的探討指導(dǎo)基層部隊(duì)創(chuàng)建"文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)"工作的特點(diǎn)規(guī)律,為保障部隊(duì)官兵的身心健康,做好愛(ài)國(guó)衛(wèi)生工作提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法現(xiàn)場(chǎng)蹲點(diǎn),實(shí)地調(diào)查指導(dǎo)和總結(jié)。結(jié)果從實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出3個(gè)方面的具體做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn):(1)以《"十五"期間全軍愛(ài)國(guó)衛(wèi)生工作規(guī)劃》為牽引,把指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)建工作與部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防病結(jié)合起來(lái),堅(jiān)持一個(gè)保障,做好三個(gè)到位;(2)以《實(shí)施細(xì)則》為依據(jù),把技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與部隊(duì)實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)結(jié)合起來(lái),堅(jiān)持一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)施"三個(gè)工程";(3)以增強(qiáng)官兵健康為根本,把創(chuàng)建指導(dǎo)工作與健康教育結(jié)起來(lái),堅(jiān)持一個(gè)教育,做好三個(gè)結(jié)合。結(jié)論總結(jié)的基本做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)指導(dǎo)基層部隊(duì)做好創(chuàng)建工作具有較好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of guiding grassroots troops to establish "civilized health barracks", and to provide experience for ensuring the physical and mental health of officers and soldiers and doing well the patriotic health work. Methods Field investigation was conducted and summarized. Results the concrete practices and experiences in three aspects were summed up from practice. (1) taking the patriotic health work plan of the whole army during the 10th Five-Year Plan as the lead, the guiding and establishing work was combined with the health and disease prevention in the army, and a guarantee was adhered to. Doing a good job of doing three things in place is based on the "detailed rules of implementation", combining technical standards with the actual site of the army, adhering to one standard, and implementing "three projects" [3] to strengthen the health of officers and men, and to combine the establishment of guidance work with health education. Adhere to one education and do a good job of three combinations. Conclusion the basic practice and experience summarized in this paper can be used for reference in guiding the establishment of basic units.
