【摘要】：目的分析某次在軌飛行任務(wù)前后航天員警覺度及晝夜節(jié)律的變化情況,研究在軌飛行任務(wù)對航天員認(rèn)知和節(jié)律的影響。方法采用心理運(yùn)動警覺性任務(wù)(psychomotor vigilance task,PVT)方法對3名航天員某次在軌飛行任務(wù)前和返回后的警覺度進(jìn)行測試。結(jié)果與飛行前第一次PVT結(jié)果相比,有2名航天員在飛行后有較大改變,其中第一名航天員PVT均值在飛行后降低,而第三名升高。第二名航天員的PVT均值在飛行前后無明顯改變。本研究還對PVT的節(jié)律特征進(jìn)行初步分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同航天員在飛行前后都發(fā)生了變化,且變化趨勢有所不同。這些數(shù)據(jù)提示不同航天員警覺度及其節(jié)律特征的變化趨勢在飛行前后可能存在個體差異。結(jié)論在軌飛行對人心理和認(rèn)知能力的節(jié)律具有一定影響,且這種影響具有個體差異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of astronauts' alertness and circadian rhythm before and after an orbiting mission, and to study the effects of on-orbit missions on the cognition and rhythm of astronauts. Methods the alertness of three astronauts before and after an orbiting mission was tested by psychomotor vigilance task. Results compared with the results of the first PVT before flight, two astronauts had great changes after flight, among which the average PVT of the first astronaut decreased after flight, while the third one increased. The average PVT of the second astronaut did not change significantly before and after flight. The rhythmic characteristics of PVT were also analyzed, and it was found that different astronauts changed before and after flight, and the trend was different. These data suggest that there may be individual differences in the trend of different astronauts' alertness and rhythmic characteristics before and after flight. Conclusion In-orbit flight has a certain influence on the rhythm of human psychological and cognitive ability, and this influence has individual differences.
