紅光照射對(duì)戰(zhàn)士運(yùn)動(dòng)前后肺功能的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察經(jīng)紅光照射后戰(zhàn)士在運(yùn)動(dòng)后肺功能的影響。方法2007-03~2007-04,對(duì)20名健康的戰(zhàn)士進(jìn)行紅光照射,照射1次/d,照射時(shí)間為0.5h/次,在照射前、照射1周和2周后分別進(jìn)行長跑運(yùn)動(dòng)前后的肺通氣功能測(cè)試及采靜脈血測(cè)定生理指標(biāo):白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)(WBC)、紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)(RBC)、血紅蛋白(Hb)、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、門冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)。結(jié)果運(yùn)動(dòng)前紅光照射2周后的肺活量(VC)、最大通氣量(MVV)、用力呼氣1s量(FEV1)、用力呼氣1s率(FEV1%)及中期流速(MMF)與照射前相比都有明顯增加(P0.05,P0.01)。運(yùn)動(dòng)后FEV1%和MMF在照射2周與照射前相比有明顯增加(P0.05)。照射1周后的Hb、照射2周后的RBC與照射前相比都有明顯增加(P0.05);照射2周后的Hb有顯著增加(P0.01)。生化指標(biāo)中各種酶均下降,其中CK-MB值下降顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論紅光能促進(jìn)機(jī)體在運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)維持身體的正常機(jī)能,延緩運(yùn)動(dòng)疲勞的發(fā)生,提高運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of red light irradiation on lung function after exercise. Methods 20 healthy soldiers were exposed to red light once a day for 0.5h/. After 1 week and 2 weeks of irradiation, lung ventilation function and venous blood were measured before and after long distance running. The physiological indexes of WBC count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin B, alanine aminotransferase (alt), aspartate metastasis were measured. The enzyme ASTX, creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MBN). Results the vital capacity, maximal ventilation volume, forced expiratory volume and FEV1, forced expiratory 1s rate and FEV1 / FEV1 ratio were significantly increased after 2 weeks of red light irradiation before exercise, and MMFs at middle stage were significantly increased compared with those before irradiation (P 0.05 / P 0.01). FEV1% and MMF increased significantly at 2 weeks after exercise compared with those before irradiation (P 0.05). After 1 week of irradiation, the RBC after 2 weeks of irradiation was significantly increased compared with that of before irradiation, and the HB after 2 weeks of irradiation was significantly increased as compared with that of before irradiation, and that of HB after 2 weeks of irradiation was significantly increased as compared with that of before irradiation. All kinds of enzymes were decreased in biochemical indexes, and the CK-MB value decreased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion Red light can promote the body to maintain normal function, delay the occurrence of exercise fatigue and improve exercise endurance.
