【摘要】：軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理既有軍隊(duì)財(cái)務(wù)的普遍性,又有醫(yī)院經(jīng)濟(jì)的特殊性,筆者認(rèn)為管理者應(yīng)從確保執(zhí)行過程中有法可依、執(zhí)法必嚴(yán),從確保對重點(diǎn)科室、項(xiàng)目、任務(wù)經(jīng)費(fèi)的傾斜,從確保急需經(jīng)費(fèi)的保障,從確保廣大員工基本生活需要等四方面抓緊抓好,使醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)保障良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The financial management of military hospital has not only the universality of military finance, but also the particularity of hospital economy. The author holds that managers should follow the law in the process of implementation, enforce the law strictly, and ensure the tilt of funds for key departments, projects and tasks. In order to ensure the sound development of the hospital financial security, we should pay close attention to the four aspects of ensuring the urgent need for funds and ensuring the basic living needs of the vast number of employees.
