【摘要】：[目的]了解痛經(jīng)護(hù)理士官學(xué)員的人格特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)對(duì)方式及其焦慮情緒,為干預(yù)學(xué)員的痛經(jīng)提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。[方法]采用艾森克個(gè)性問卷、簡易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷和焦慮自評(píng)量表3個(gè)心理學(xué)評(píng)定量表對(duì)206人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,其中98人有不同程度的痛經(jīng)癥狀。[結(jié)果]存在痛經(jīng)癥狀的學(xué)員占總學(xué)員人數(shù)的47.6%,她們與非痛經(jīng)學(xué)員相比,情緒更不穩(wěn)定,焦慮情緒更加突出,較常使用消極的應(yīng)對(duì)方式。[結(jié)論]對(duì)痛經(jīng)學(xué)員進(jìn)行心理疏導(dǎo),是治療痛經(jīng)的一條非常重要的途徑。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to understand the personality characteristics, coping style and anxiety of the cadets of dysmenorrhea, and to provide scientific basis for the intervention of students' dysmenorrhea. [Methods] the Eysenck personality questionnaire, the simple coping style questionnaire and the self rating Anxiety Scale 3 psychological assessment scales were used to investigate 206 people, of which 98 had different degrees of dysmenorrhea. Patients with dysmenorrhea accounted for 47.6% of the total number of students. Compared with non dysmenorrhea, they were more unstable, more anxious and more often used in negative coping styles. [Conclusion] psychological counseling for dysmenorrhea is an unusually important way to treat dysmenorrhea.
