【摘要】：目的提高對部隊防疫工作的思想認(rèn)識,抓住防疫工作的前提、基礎(chǔ)、關(guān)鍵和保障等重點環(huán)節(jié),做好各項防疫工作,切實杜絕疫情傳入部隊,保障部隊官兵身體健康。方法根據(jù)人感染豬鏈球菌病疫情特點和部隊防疫的實際工作,分析重點環(huán)節(jié),總結(jié)防疫體會和經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果總結(jié)出防疫工作中的4點主要體會:(1)高度重視,嚴(yán)格落實責(zé)任制是做好防疫工作的前提;(2)統(tǒng)一思想,廣泛進(jìn)行宣傳教育是做好防疫工作的基礎(chǔ);(3)依靠科學(xué),采取有針對性的措施是做好防疫工作的關(guān)鍵;(4)軍地協(xié)同,充分利用衛(wèi)生資源是做好防疫工作的保證。結(jié)論總結(jié)出的做好防疫工作的4點主要體會,對部隊做好傳染病防治工作有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the ideological understanding of the epidemic prevention work of the army, grasp the premise, foundation, key and guarantee of the epidemic prevention work, do a good job of preventing the epidemic work, stop the epidemic situation from spreading to the army, and ensure the health of the officers and soldiers of the army. Methods according to the epidemic characteristics of human infection with Streptococcus suis and the actual work of prevention in army, the key links were analyzed, and the experience and experience of prevention were summarized. Results it was concluded that the four major points in epidemic prevention work are: 1) attach great importance to it, strictly implement the responsibility system is the prerequisite for doing well in epidemic prevention work, and carry out extensive propaganda and education is the basis for doing well in epidemic prevention work and rely on science. Taking targeted measures is the key to the prevention of epidemic. 4) Cooperation between the army and the local government and making full use of health resources is the guarantee of epidemic prevention. Conclusion the four main experiences of epidemic prevention are valuable for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in the army.
