營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑對(duì)小鼠抗疲勞作用及其機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:目的 :探討營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑抗疲勞的作用及其作用機(jī)制 ,為抗疲勞制劑研究提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法 :觀察小鼠游泳時(shí)間、游泳后迷宮準(zhǔn)確率和耐缺氧時(shí)間 ,以及游泳后血乳酸、乳酸脫氫酶、總抗氧化能力、丙二醛和肝糖原等變化。結(jié)果 :營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑、營(yíng)養(yǎng)素、生脈飲、興奮劑、蒸餾水各組小鼠的平均游泳時(shí)間 (min)分別為 16 0± 31.39、12 8± 4 6 .0 1、14 2± 4 3.12、5 4± 2 8.2 3、80± 33.38,營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑組明顯高于其它組 ;各組小鼠游泳后走迷宮的平均次數(shù)分別為 8.70± 0 .95、7.5 0± 1.4 3、7.6 0± 1.4 3、3.0 0± 0 .82、3.6 0± 1.4 3,表明營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑組走迷宮的準(zhǔn)確率最高 ;各組小鼠總抗氧化能力 (U·mL- 1)分別為 12 .72± 0 .92、10 .91± 1.10、11.99± 1.5 0、10 .87± 1.83、10 .11± 0 .6 2 ,營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑組也高于其它各組。此外 ,合劑組運(yùn)動(dòng)后乳酸堆積較少 ,MDA含量也最低。結(jié)論 :營(yíng)養(yǎng)素中藥合劑能使小鼠明顯延長(zhǎng)游泳時(shí)間、增加走迷宮的準(zhǔn)確率 ,其作用機(jī)制可能與調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng) ,降低血乳酸濃度及提高總抗氧化能力等有關(guān)
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine mixture (TCMM), and to provide experimental basis for the study of anti-fatigue preparation. Methods: the time of swimming, the accuracy of swimming labyrinth and the time of hypoxia tolerance, the changes of blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase, total antioxidant capacity, malondialdehyde and liver glycogen were observed. Results: the average swimming time of Chinese medicine mixture, nutrient, Shengmai Yin, stimulant and distilled water group was 160 鹵31.39 (12 8 鹵4.6 .01) 14 2 鹵43.1212 4 鹵28.23 380 鹵33.38, respectively. The average swimming time of the Chinese medicine mixture group was significantly higher than that of the other groups. The average times of swimming labyrinth in each group were 8.70 鹵0.95% 7.50 鹵1.4 37.60 鹵1.4.3 鹵3.00 鹵0.23.60 鹵1.43, respectively, which indicated that the maze was the most accurate in the Chinese medicine mixture group. The total antioxidant capacity of each group was 12.72 鹵0.92, 10 .91 鹵1.10, 11.99 鹵1.50, 10. 87 鹵1.83, 10. 11 鹵0.62, respectively, and that of the Chinese medicine mixture group was also higher than that of the other groups, and the total antioxidant capacity of each group was 12. 72 鹵0. 92, 10. 91 鹵1. 10, 10. 87 鹵1. 83, 10. 11 鹵0. 62, respectively. In addition, the content of MDA was the lowest in the mixture group after exercise. Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicine mixture can prolong the swimming time and increase the accuracy of walking labyrinth in mice. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of neuroendocrine system, the decrease of blood lactate concentration and the increase of total antioxidant ability.
