一種復(fù)方制劑對(duì)尾部懸吊大鼠比目魚肌mATP酶活性升高及肌萎縮的對(duì)抗效應(yīng)觀察

【摘要】:目的:探討一種中藥復(fù)方制劑RC對(duì)模擬失重條件下大鼠比目魚肌(SOL)的mATP酶活性及肌萎縮的影響。方法:尾部懸吊法建立大鼠模擬失重模型,測(cè)量比目魚肌的濕重體重比(mg/g),以Ca2+-ATPase法測(cè)定比目魚肌中mATP酶活性,計(jì)算Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型肌纖維的比例,測(cè)定比目魚肌中Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型肌纖維的橫截面積(CSA)。結(jié)果:與吊尾+溶媒灌胃組相比,吊尾14天后,吊尾+RC灌胃組的濕重體重比增加了33.33%(P0.01);比目魚肌中Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型肌纖維CSA均顯著增加(143.03%,P0.01;83.25%,P0.01);比目魚肌中Ⅰ型肌纖維比例明顯升高,Ⅱ型肌纖維比例明顯降低(P0.01)。結(jié)論:復(fù)方制劑RC對(duì)模擬失重條件下大鼠比目魚肌mATP酶活性的升高與模擬失重引起的肌萎縮有顯著的對(duì)抗作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of RC, a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, on the activity of mATP and muscle atrophy of soleus muscle under simulated weightlessness in rats.
