【摘要】：目的分析我軍招收飛行學(xué)員醫(yī)學(xué)選拔時(shí)因心律失常而淘汰的學(xué)員參比美軍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況,為我軍招飛醫(yī)學(xué)選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中心律失常相關(guān)內(nèi)容的修改提出合理建議。方法對(duì)2012~2015年參加招飛醫(yī)學(xué)選拔定選的學(xué)員進(jìn)行心電檢測(cè),分析學(xué)員因心律失常而淘汰的情況,并參比美軍招飛標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判定其合格情況。結(jié)果招飛醫(yī)學(xué)選拔因心血管疾病淘汰的學(xué)員中,心律失常的構(gòu)成比最高,且2012~2015年4年中心血管疾病構(gòu)成比具有明顯差異(P0.01);我軍招飛體檢學(xué)員參比美軍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行判定后,表明兩軍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的合格和淘汰情況存在差異,且期前收縮亞型中81.48%的人參比美軍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判定結(jié)果是未知的。結(jié)論我軍和美軍招飛醫(yī)學(xué)選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中關(guān)于心律失常的條款具有一定差異,在修訂我軍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)可適當(dāng)借鑒美軍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the comparison between the standard of American military personnel who were eliminated because of arrhythmia in the course of recruiting flight cadets for medical selection, and to put forward some reasonable suggestions for the modification of the contents of arrhythmia in the selection standard of recruitment and flight medicine of our army. Methods ECG examination was performed on the cadets who participated in the selection and selection of recruiting and flying medicine from 2012 to 2015. The condition of the cadets being eliminated because of arrhythmia was analyzed, and the qualified condition was determined by reference to the US military recruitment criteria. Results among the cadets who were eliminated by cardiovascular diseases, the proportion of arrhythmia was the highest, and there was a significant difference in the composition ratio of cardiovascular diseases in the four years from 2012 to 2015. The results showed that there were differences between the two military standards in terms of eligibility and elimination, and 81.48% of the subtypes of pre-phase contraction were unknown compared with the results of the US military standard. Conclusion there are some differences in the terms of arrhythmia between our army and American army in the selection standard of recruitment and flight medicine. We can use the standard of American army for reference when revising the standard of our army.
