大鼠腹部開放傷合并海水浸泡后內(nèi)毒素、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的變化

【摘要】:目的:觀察大鼠腹部開放傷合并海水浸泡后不同時段血漿內(nèi)毒素(LPS)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6和IL-8的變化。方法:成年健康Wistar大鼠116只,隨機(jī)分為2組,其中腹部開放傷合并海水浸泡組96只,腹部開放傷對照組20只。應(yīng)用微生物快速檢測儀和γ測量儀檢測大鼠腹部開放傷合并海水浸泡后0.5,1,2,3和4h血漿LPS、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平。結(jié)果:腹部開放傷合并海水浸泡2~4h后,血漿中LPS水平明顯上升,與對照組比較具有顯著性差異。海水浸泡4h后血漿中TNF-α濃度上升明顯,具有顯著性差異。海水浸泡3~4h后血漿中IL-6濃度明顯升高,具有顯著性差異。海水浸泡后不同時間血漿中IL-8濃度與對照組比較無明顯變化。結(jié)論:血漿中LPS、TNF-α和IL-6濃度明顯升高與損傷關(guān)系密切,是引發(fā)中毒性休克導(dǎo)致機(jī)體死亡的主要原因之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of plasma endotoxin (LPS), tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽), IL-6 and IL-8 in rats with open abdominal injury combined with seawater immersion in different periods. Methods: 116 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: 96 rats with open abdominal injury and seawater immersion group, and 20 rats with open abdominal injury group. The plasma levels of TNF- 偽 IL-6 and IL-8 in rats with abdominal open wound and seawater immersion were measured by microbiological rapid detection instrument and 緯 -meter. Results: after 24 hours of seawater immersion, the level of LPS in the plasma was significantly higher than that in the control group. After being immersed in seawater for 4 h, the concentration of TNF- 偽 in plasma increased obviously, and there was a significant difference. The concentration of IL-6 in plasma was significantly increased after seawater immersion for 34 h. There was no significant change in plasma IL-8 concentration at different time after seawater immersion compared with control group. Conclusion: the increase of plasma LPSN TNF- 偽 and IL-6 levels is closely related to the injury and is one of the main causes of death caused by toxic shock.
