【摘要】： 武警部隊(duì)醫(yī)院優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科綜合評(píng)價(jià)指對(duì)參加評(píng)選的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)人-事-物系統(tǒng),即人才建設(shè)、醫(yī)療工作、科學(xué)研究、學(xué)術(shù)社會(huì)活動(dòng)等及所要達(dá)到的目的、價(jià)值和效果、效率進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)的過程。優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科在現(xiàn)階段部隊(duì)醫(yī)院建設(shè)中具有重要的地位和作用,建立一套系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、符合部隊(duì)醫(yī)院學(xué)科發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律的優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科評(píng)價(jià)體系,完善學(xué)科的長(zhǎng)效考評(píng)機(jī)制,是實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院管理制度化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)范化的有效途徑。 本研究以綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論為指導(dǎo),充分參考國內(nèi)外關(guān)于醫(yī)院學(xué)科建設(shè)和評(píng)價(jià)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合武警部隊(duì)醫(yī)院學(xué)科工作的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、自由列舉訪談、SWOT分析等方法明確評(píng)價(jià)體系的目的,建立指標(biāo)體系的框架。然后經(jīng)過兩輪德爾菲專家咨詢,篩選、修改評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),估算、調(diào)整指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并通過實(shí)例應(yīng)用后的信度和效度檢驗(yàn)最終確立了武警部隊(duì)醫(yī)院優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并探討了部隊(duì)醫(yī)院優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科的概念與內(nèi)涵。最后,運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的方法擬合綜合評(píng)價(jià)的一般模型,應(yīng)用該模型對(duì)武警總醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將評(píng)價(jià)研究與信息技術(shù)相結(jié)合,在計(jì)算機(jī)公司的技術(shù)支持下完成“武警部隊(duì)醫(yī)院學(xué)科綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型”的軟件開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive evaluation of the superiority discipline in the hospital of the Armed Police Force refers to the objective, value and effect to be achieved in the field of human-matter-material system, that is, the construction of talents, medical work, scientific research, academic and social activities, and so on. The process of comprehensive evaluation of efficiency. The advantage discipline plays an important role in the construction of military hospital at the present stage. Establish a set of system, science, accord with the characteristic and law of the development of the military hospital discipline, perfect the long-term effective evaluation mechanism of the discipline, set up a set of system, scientific, accord with the characteristic and law of the discipline development of the army hospital. It is an effective way to realize the institutionalization, standardization and standardization of hospital management. Under the guidance of comprehensive evaluation theory, this study makes full reference to the experience of hospital discipline construction and evaluation at home and abroad, and combines with the actual situation of hospital discipline work in armed police force, and applies literature research. Free enumeration interviews SWOT analysis and other methods to determine the purpose of the evaluation system and establish the framework of the index system. Then after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, screening, modifying the evaluation index, estimating and adjusting the index weight, and through the reliability and validity test after the application of an example, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the superiority discipline in the hospital of the Armed Police Force is finally established. And discussed the concept and connotation of military hospital advantage discipline. Finally, the fuzzy mathematics method is used to fit the general model of comprehensive evaluation, and the comprehensive evaluation of cardiology in the General Hospital of Armed Police is carried out. On this basis, the evaluation research and information technology are combined to complete the software development of the Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Armed Police Force Hospital under the technical support of computer company.
