【摘要】：目的探討新兵心理健康水平,研究心理干預的重要性。方法將每年的新兵分成兩組,入組前對兩組新兵用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)測試,當場交卷。要求兩組在年齡、文化程度上無明顯差異。A組為實驗組,B組為對照組。A組采用《新兵心理衛(wèi)生指南》和《士兵教育心理學》為教材集中授課和訓練,系統(tǒng)學習3個月,該組新兵遇有心理應激隨時給予心理干預;B組只進行軍事訓練和必要的文娛活動。新兵連3個月結束后A、B兩組再次測評SCL-90,用心理CT系統(tǒng)軟件對數據進行處理,統(tǒng)計分析進行χ2檢驗。結果A組干預后SCL-90總均分比干預前明顯降低,P0.01;B組訓練后分數上升,P0.05;各因子分隨之降低或升高,提示心理干預意義顯著。結論新兵心理問題不容忽視,積極的心理教育很重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the level of mental health of recruits and the importance of psychological intervention. Methods the recruits of each year were divided into two groups. The recruits of the two groups were tested with SCL-90 before entering the group and handed in the papers on the spot. There was no significant difference in age and education between the two groups. Group A was the experimental group and group B was the control group. Group A was taught and trained systematically for 3 months by using the Guide to Mental Health of recruits and the Psychology of soldiers Education as the teaching materials. The recruits were given psychological intervention group B only for military training and necessary recreational activities. At the end of 3 months, the SCL-90 was tested again in group A and B, and the data were processed with the software of psychological CT system, and the statistical analysis was carried out with 蠂 2 test. Results the total mean score of SCL-90 after intervention in group A was significantly lower than that before intervention. The score of group B increased after training, and the scores of each factor decreased or increased, indicating the significance of psychological intervention. Conclusion the psychological problems of recruits can not be ignored, and active psychological education is very important.
