【摘要】：目的 :探索檢查新兵疑難、慢性和隱匿性疾病的措施 ,為部隊(duì)及時(shí)清退身體不合格新兵提供依據(jù)。方法 :在常規(guī)身體復(fù)檢的基礎(chǔ)上采用SCL - 90問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、體能測(cè)試、班長(zhǎng)座談會(huì)、收繳自帶藥品等措施 ,對(duì) 1998～ 2 0 0 0年度新兵共 6 0 0 0人進(jìn)行了復(fù)查。結(jié)果 :發(fā)現(xiàn)精神病、吸毒、性病、神經(jīng)性頭痛、智能缺陷、以及其它不易發(fā)現(xiàn)的疾病共計(jì) 6 5人 ,總檢出率為 1.1%。其中通過(guò)班長(zhǎng)座談會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)并最后確診的疾病為 31例 ,占檢出疾病總?cè)藬?shù)的 4 7.7%;通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查檢出疾病 2 5例 ,占檢出疾病總數(shù)的 38.5 %;通過(guò)收繳自帶藥檢出疾病 15例 ,占檢出疾病總數(shù)的 2 3.1%;通過(guò)體能測(cè)試檢出疾病 7例 ,占檢出疾病總數(shù)的 10 .8%。結(jié)論 :班長(zhǎng)座談會(huì)、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、收繳自帶藥品、體能測(cè)試作為新兵體檢方法綜合使用 ,具有操作簡(jiǎn)單 ,結(jié)果可靠 ,實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。使用本方法可以查出常規(guī)檢查所不易發(fā)現(xiàn)的疾病 ,為及時(shí)清退不合格新兵 ,保障部隊(duì)的正常訓(xùn)練和戰(zhàn)斗力起到了積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the measures to check the difficult, chronic and occult diseases of recruits, and to provide evidence for the prompt clearance of unqualified recruits. Methods: on the basis of routine physical re-examination, 6 000 new recruits from 1998 to 2000 were reexamined by means of SCL 90 questionnaire, physical fitness test, class leader forum and seizure of medicine. Results: there were 65 cases of psychosis, drug abuse, venereal disease, neurotic headache, mental retardation, and other diseases which were difficult to find. The total detection rate was 1.1%. Among them, 31 cases were found and finally diagnosed by the monitor's forum, accounting for 47. 7% of the total number of diseases detected, 25 cases were detected by questionnaire survey. They accounted for 38.5 of the total number of diseases detected; 15 cases of diseases were detected by collecting their own drugs, accounting for 23.1% of the total number of diseases detected; and 7 cases of diseases were detected by physical fitness test, accounting for 10.8% of the total number of diseases detected. Conclusion: the class leader's forum, questionnaire, drug collection and physical fitness test are simple, reliable and practical. The method can detect diseases which are not easy to be detected by routine examination and play a positive role in clearing out unqualified recruits and ensuring the normal training and combat effectiveness of the army.
