應(yīng)力環(huán)境對(duì)大鼠股骨生長與重建和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:通過創(chuàng)建一種新的動(dòng)物模型,研究應(yīng)力環(huán)境對(duì)生長期大鼠股骨生長與重建,以及對(duì)其力學(xué)性能的影響,并探討其作用機(jī)理。切斷6周大SD大鼠右后肢的坐骨神經(jīng),致使其右后肢殘廢,為廢用組;左后肢過度負(fù)重,為過載組;正常大鼠為對(duì)照組。每天早午晚鼓勵(lì)動(dòng)物運(yùn)動(dòng)半小時(shí),4周后結(jié)束實(shí)驗(yàn)觀測。測量股骨中段的宏觀幾何學(xué)參數(shù)、物理學(xué)參數(shù)和生物力學(xué)參數(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組股骨的若干幾何及物理參數(shù)發(fā)生了明顯變化,表明應(yīng)力環(huán)境可以改變活骨組織的成份和結(jié)構(gòu)并逐漸改變其力學(xué)性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本研究提出的實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P蛯?shí)用且可靠。
[Abstract]:By creating a new animal model, the effects of stress environment on the growth and reconstruction of femur and its mechanical properties in growing rats were studied, and the mechanism of its action was discussed. The sciatic nerve of the right hind limb of SD rats was cut off for 6 weeks, the right hind limb was disabled, the left hind limb was overloaded, and the normal rats were the control group. Animals were encouraged to exercise for half an hour every morning, afternoon and night. The macroscopic geometric parameters, physical parameters and biomechanical parameters of the middle femur were measured. It was found that the geometric and physical parameters of femur in the experimental group changed obviously compared with the control group, which indicated that the stress environment could change the composition and structure of the living bone tissue and gradually change the mechanical properties of the living bone tissue. The experimental results show that the proposed experimental model is practical and reliable.
