【摘要】：目的研究實(shí)驗(yàn)用密閉服在不通風(fēng)條件下對(duì)人體生理機(jī)能的影響及其防窒息的作用。方法 5名年齡為 1 8～ 2 1歲的健康男性分別在密閉服調(diào)節(jié)閥開(kāi)關(guān)被置于A和B兩種不同位置的密閉服中進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果 (1 )在清醒靜臥 ,外界大氣壓為 1atm的條件下 ,被試者在面窗關(guān)閉且調(diào)節(jié)閥與外界相通的密閉服中 ,耐受時(shí)間至少可達(dá) 1 5min ;(2 )被試者口前區(qū)O2 和CO2 分壓在頭盔面窗關(guān)閉 5～ 7min后都可出現(xiàn)一個(gè)平衡狀態(tài) ,并持續(xù)到實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束 ;(3 )在 8～ 1 0min的平衡時(shí)間內(nèi) ,口前區(qū)O2 分壓在 1 5.0～1 6 .4kPa范圍內(nèi) ,處于輕度缺氧狀態(tài) ;CO2 分壓在 5.2 1～
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of airtight clothing on physiological function of human body and its anti-asphyxia effect. Methods five healthy men, aged 18 ~ 21, were tested in a closed close-suit with the control valve switch placed in two different positions (A and B). Results 1) under the condition of awake lying still and external atmospheric pressure of 1atm, the subjects were in the closed suit with the face window closed and the regulating valve communicating with the outside. The tolerance time was at least 1 5min / 2) the partial pressure of O _ 2 and CO2 in the preoral area of the subjects appeared a balanced state after the helmet window was closed for 5 ~ 7min, and lasted until the end of the experiment, and lasted within the equilibrium time of 8 ~ 1 0min. The partial pressure of O _ 2 in the preoral area is in the range of 15.0 ~ 16.4kPa, and the partial pressure of CO _ 2 is 5.21 ~ (-1) in the mild anoxic state.
