【摘要】：目的了解獨立直屬部隊新兵檢疫情況 ,解決“燈下黑”問題 ,確保新兵檢疫工作質(zhì)量。方法對獨立直屬部隊新兵檢疫工作的計劃和實施情況進行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果獨立直屬部隊新兵檢疫的復檢率和醫(yī)療保障率達 1 0 0 % ,衛(wèi)生防病人員缺乏 ,衛(wèi)生防病制度落實不夠。結(jié)論加強組織領(lǐng)導和機關(guān)協(xié)調(diào) ,加大監(jiān)督和指導力度 ,促進直屬部隊新兵檢疫工作步入正規(guī)
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quarantine situation of recruits in the independent army, to solve the problem of "dark under the lamp" and to ensure the quality of quarantine work. Methods investigation and analysis were made on the plan and implementation of quarantine work in recruits of independent and immediate troops. Results the re-examination rate and the medical security rate of the recruits in the independent and immediate military units were 100%, the health prevention personnel were lacking, and the health prevention system was not carried out enough. Conclusion strengthening organizational leadership and coordination, strengthening supervision and guidance, and promoting the quarantine work of recruits directly under the military into the formal work.
