【摘要】：目的 :在潛艇艇員中進(jìn)行胃幽門螺桿菌 (HoPylori,以下簡(jiǎn)稱HP)感染的血清CagA -IgG流行病學(xué)調(diào)查 ,觀察HP感染對(duì)潛艇艇員健康的影響 ,為衛(wèi)生防治工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法 :對(duì)潛艇艇員 186人和普通人群 12 3人分別進(jìn)行一般狀況以及胃腸疾病診治情況的問卷調(diào)查 ,并測(cè)定血清產(chǎn)細(xì)胞毒素幽門螺桿菌抗體 (CagA -HP -IgG)。結(jié)果 :潛艇人員中陽性檢出率為 6 5 % ,普通人群陽性檢出率為 5 1% ,兩組比較 ,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義 (P 0 .0 5 )。潛艇艇員吸煙者CagA -HP -IgG陽性率為 73% ,不吸煙者CagA -HP -IgG陽性率為 5 9% ,兩組無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。有胃腸癥狀者CagA -HP -IgG陽性率為 76 % ,無癥狀者CagA -HP -IgG陽性率為 5 5 % ,兩者差異有顯著性 (P 0 .0 1)。結(jié)論 :潛艇艇員中胃幽門螺桿菌感染率顯著高于普通人群 ,且有胃腸癥狀者更為明顯 ,為航海官兵胃病衛(wèi)生防治工作提供了參考依據(jù)
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the epidemiology of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in the submarine crew, and to observe the effect of HP infection on the health of submarine crew. Methods: 186 submariners and 123 ordinary people were investigated with questionnaires on general status, diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, and serum antibodies against Helicobacter pylori were measured. Results: the positive rate of submarine personnel was 65%, and that of general population was 5.1%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The positive rate of CagA HP IgG was 73% in submariners and 59% in nonsmokers. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The positive rate of CagA HP IgG was 76% in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms and 55% in asymptomatic patients with CagA HP IgG. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0. 01). Conclusion: the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in the submarine crew is significantly higher than that in the general population, and it is more obvious in those with gastrointestinal symptoms, which provides a reference for the hygienic prevention and treatment of gastric diseases of marine officers and soldiers.
