【摘要】：目的調(diào)查陜南山區(qū)消防官兵功能性消化不良(FD)的患病的發(fā)生率及分析其相關(guān)因素。方法采用國際功能性胃腸病羅馬診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計的FD癥狀量表,通過問卷方式對生活在海拔1000～2200m的200名消防官兵進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對可能的相關(guān)危險因素進(jìn)行單因素和多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果調(diào)查的消防官兵中被診斷為FD的有61例,患病率為30.5%,該61例FD患者臨床癥狀表現(xiàn)為上腹部疼痛13例(21.3%)、飽脹感15例(24.6%)、燒灼感11例(18.0%)、早飽9例(14.8%)、反酸5例(8.2%)、惡心3例(4.9%)以及噯氣者5例(8.2%);FD組和健康組在軀體化、抑郁、焦慮及精神病性4個項目上比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05);單因素分析結(jié)果,消防官兵吸煙(χ2=4.236)、飲酒(χ2=3.983)、喜進(jìn)生冷食物(χ2=3.319)、焦慮(χ2=3.271)、參加滅火和搶險(χ2=3.493)5個因素是影響消防官兵發(fā)生FD的危險因素(P㩳0.05);多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果,吸煙(OR=6.358)、焦慮(OR=5.472)、參加滅火和搶險(OR=5.253)是影響FD發(fā)生的高危因素,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05)。結(jié)論山區(qū)消防官兵中FD的發(fā)生率較高,吸煙、喜進(jìn)生冷食物,飲酒、焦慮和經(jīng)常參加滅火和搶險是引發(fā)FD的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of functional dyspepsia (FDD) and its related factors. Methods the FD symptom scale designed by the International functional Gastrointestinal Disease Diagnostic Standard was used to investigate 200 firefighters who lived at 1000 ~ 2200m altitude. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was carried out on possible risk factors. Results among the firemen investigated, 61 were diagnosed with FD. The prevalence rate was 30.5. The clinical symptoms of 61 patients with FD were upper abdominal pain (13 cases), fullness (15 cases), burning sensation (11 cases), early satiety (9 cases), regurgitation (5 cases), nausea (3 cases), belching (5 cases), and belching (5 cases) and healthy group (8. 2%) in somatization, depression, depression. The difference between anxiety and psychosis was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Smoking (蠂 2 + 4.236), drinking (蠂 2) 3.983 (蠂 2), cold food (蠂 2) 3.319 (蠂 2), anxiety (蠂 2) 3.271, participating in fire fighting and emergency (蠂 2) 3. 493 were the risk factors of FD in fire fighting officers and soldiers (P 0 05), multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of FD in fire fighting officers and soldiers were higher than those in control group (P < 0 05), and the risk factors of FD in fire fighting officers and soldiers were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0 05). Smoking (6.358), anxiety (5.472), participating in fire extinguishing and emergency (OR 5.253) were the high risk factors affecting FD, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of FD was higher among fire fighting officers and soldiers in mountain areas. Smoking, cold food, drinking, anxiety, frequent participation in fire fighting and emergency were the risk factors of FD.
