【摘要】：目的 :促進(jìn)兵站的“食宿接待”中心工作 ,保障高原兵站和過(guò)往部隊(duì)官兵身體健康 ,提高生存力和戰(zhàn)斗力。方法 :多次深入川藏線西藏境內(nèi)不同海拔高度的兵站幫助做好衛(wèi)生防病工作 ,并總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)體會(huì)。結(jié)果 :通過(guò)實(shí)際工作總結(jié)出四點(diǎn)體會(huì) :(1)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視 ,加強(qiáng)管理 ,是做好高原兵站衛(wèi)生防病工作的關(guān)鍵 ;(2 )加強(qiáng)宣傳教育 ,普及衛(wèi)生防病知識(shí) ,是做好高原兵站衛(wèi)生防病工作的基礎(chǔ) ;(3)保障過(guò)往部隊(duì)官兵身體健康 ,是做好高原兵站衛(wèi)生防病工作的重要標(biāo)志 ;(4 )配備強(qiáng)有力的德才兼?zhèn)涞男l(wèi)生人員及配發(fā)充足的藥品器材和氧氣 ,是做好高原兵站衛(wèi)生防病工作的保證。結(jié)論 :高原兵站衛(wèi)生防病工作十分重要 ,它直接關(guān)系到高原過(guò)往部隊(duì)的生存力和戰(zhàn)斗力 ,應(yīng)引起各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視。通過(guò)工作實(shí)踐總結(jié)出來(lái)的體會(huì)給高原兵站做好衛(wèi)生防病工作提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to promote the work of the "accommodation and board reception" center in the army station, to ensure the health of the officers and soldiers in the plateau station and the past troops, and to improve their viability and combat effectiveness. Methods: several military stations with different altitude in Tibet were used to do the work of health and disease prevention, and the experience was summarized. Results: through the practical work, we can find out that the leaders pay more attention to and strengthen the management, which is the key to do the work of health and disease prevention in the plateau army station. 2) to strengthen the propaganda and education, and to popularize the knowledge of health and disease prevention. It is the basis for doing a good job in health and disease prevention at the plateau military station. (3) to ensure the health of the officers and men of the army in the past. It is an important sign of health and disease prevention work in plateau military station. It is equipped with powerful health personnel with both ability and morality and adequate medical equipment and oxygen. It is also the guarantee of health and disease prevention work in plateau military station. Conclusion: the work of health and disease prevention in plateau military station is very important, which is directly related to the survivability and combat effectiveness of troops in the past at high altitude, and should be attached great importance to by leaders at all levels. The experience summarized through the work practice provides a reference for the plateau army station to do well the work of health prevention and disease prevention.
