【摘要】：目的 :為了提高架空通信光纜施工的衛(wèi)勤保障能力 ,保障施工部隊(duì)官兵的健康。方法 :采用靠前保障 ,跟蹤服務(wù) ,周密計(jì)劃 ,科學(xué)施工 ;宣傳到位 ,落實(shí)制度等手段 ,針對架空通信光纜施工進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生保障。結(jié)果 :部隊(duì)的晝夜發(fā)病率控制在 0 .96‰。未發(fā)生傳染病及食物中毒 ,較好地保障了施工任務(wù)的順利完成。結(jié)論 :架空通信光纜 ,危險(xiǎn)性大 ,技術(shù)性強(qiáng) ,衛(wèi)勤保障難度大 ,應(yīng)緊緊抓住衛(wèi)勤保障特點(diǎn) ,積極主動(dòng) ,科學(xué)周密地搞好衛(wèi)勤保障。
