【摘要】：目的 :探討新形勢下優(yōu)秀初級軍官應(yīng)具備的心理品質(zhì) ,以建立和完善我軍初級軍官勝任特征心理品質(zhì)評價模型 .方法 :采用職務(wù)分析法、文獻回顧和特爾菲專家評判法 ;2 6名心理學(xué)和軍事學(xué)專家參加優(yōu)秀初級軍官心理品質(zhì)的篩選 ;采用多級估量模糊集評判技術(shù)編制《調(diào)查表》 ;6 2 6 3名各軍兵種和軍隊院校干部、學(xué)員和連隊班長接受調(diào)查 ,回收有效《調(diào)查表》90 0 4份 .結(jié)果 :①根據(jù)專家評判篩選出 4 0項勝任特征評價指標 ,并劃分為 3類 :個性特質(zhì)、品行特質(zhì)和能力傾向 ;②根據(jù) 90 0 4份調(diào)查結(jié)果獲得每一指標的平均量表值 ;③根據(jù) 5級肯定性重要度模糊集評判原則 ,刪除 3項量表值 0 .4 77的指標 ;④依據(jù)專家分類和模糊集評判原則 ,構(gòu)建我軍初級軍官 3類與 3水平勝任特征心理品質(zhì)評價模型 .結(jié)論 :本研究結(jié)果為我軍初級軍官的選拔、評價提供了重要的理論依據(jù)
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the psychological quality of the excellent junior officers under the new situation, and to establish and perfect the evaluation model of the psychological quality of the junior officers of our army. Methods: a total of 26 psychological and military experts participated in the screening of excellent junior officers' psychological quality by the method of job analysis, literature review and Delphi expert evaluation. The questionnaire was compiled by using the technique of multilevel estimation fuzzy set judgment. 6263 cadres, cadets and squad leaders of various military and military academies were investigated, and 9004 effective questionnaires were recovered. Results according to the expert judgment, 40 competency evaluation indexes were selected and divided into three categories: personality trait, character trait and ability tendency. (2) according to the results of 9 004 surveys, the average scale value of each index was obtained. Thirdly, according to the fuzzy set judgment principle of 5 grade positive importance degree, the indexes of 3 items were deleted from 0 4.77; According to the principle of expert classification and fuzzy set evaluation, a psychological quality evaluation model for junior officers of our army was established. Conclusion: the results of this study provide an important theoretical basis for the selection and evaluation of junior officers in our army.
