【摘要】：疾病譜是指人群疾病種類的構(gòu)成。20世紀(jì)以來,隨著生活水平的提高和生活方式的改變,人類疾病譜發(fā)生了重大變遷,促使人們不斷地改變醫(yī)學(xué)模式以與其適應(yīng)。海軍部隊(duì)人員是一個(gè)以中青年為主的群體,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、人群體質(zhì)、工作性質(zhì)及生活條件與一般中青年人群不完全相同,尤其是工作環(huán)境與普通人群差別很大。所以,該人群疾病譜的變遷有其自身的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)。在海軍部隊(duì)的疾病譜中,呼吸和消化系統(tǒng)疾病始終占據(jù)重要位置,呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的構(gòu)成比由20世紀(jì)50年代的11.29%上升至90年代的38.45%,消化系統(tǒng)疾病的構(gòu)成比則由2.63%上升至12.40%。
[Abstract]:The spectrum of disease refers to population disease types constitute the.20 century, with the improvement of living standards and the change of life style, the occurrence of a major change in human disease spectrum, make people constantly change and adapt to the medical model. The navy is one of the youth oriented groups, age structure, population constitution, the nature of the work and the living conditions of young people in general and not exactly the same, especially the difference of working environment and the general population. Therefore, the changes in disease spectrum of the population and has its own characteristics. In the Navy's spectrum of disease, respiratory and digestive system diseases always occupy an important position, the composition ratio of respiratory diseases increased by in 90s to 11.29% in 1950s 38.45%, the composition ratio of digestive diseases has increased from 2.63% to 12.40%.
