【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查海軍醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)(海醫(yī))本科學(xué)員的防御機(jī)制和個(gè)性,并分析其與遠(yuǎn)航中血漿促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素(ACTH)變化的關(guān)系。方法:放射免疫法測(cè)定30名海醫(yī)學(xué)員遠(yuǎn)航前和遠(yuǎn)航第5天血漿ACTH含量,采用防御方式問卷和艾森克個(gè)性問卷,以團(tuán)體方式測(cè)驗(yàn)學(xué)員的防御機(jī)制和個(gè)性。結(jié)果:遠(yuǎn)航期間,血漿ACTH水平顯著增高(P0.01),增幅與壓抑、理想化、否認(rèn)和成熟防御機(jī)制相關(guān)顯著(P0.05,P0.01),與個(gè)性特質(zhì)相關(guān)不顯著。個(gè)性特質(zhì),特別是神經(jīng)質(zhì)與某些防御機(jī)制相關(guān)顯著(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論:海醫(yī)學(xué)員的防御機(jī)制與其個(gè)性特質(zhì)相關(guān),對(duì)應(yīng)激反應(yīng)有一定影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the defense mechanism and personality of undergraduate students majoring in naval medicine, and to analyze their relationship with the changes of plasma corticotropin (ACTH).Methods: the plasma ACTH levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 30 sea medical cadets before and on the 5th day of voyage. Defense style questionnaire and Eysenck Personality questionnaire were used to test the defense mechanism and personality of the students.Results: during the long voyage, the plasma ACTH level was significantly increased (P 0.01), and the increase was significantly correlated with depression, idealization, denial and mature defense mechanism (P 0.05), but not with personality traits.Personality traits, especially neuroticism, were significantly associated with some defense mechanisms (P 0.05 and P 0.01).Conclusion: the defense mechanism of sea medicine cadets is related to their personality traits and has some influence on stress response.
