血凝酶對(duì)腹部開(kāi)放傷合并海水浸泡后出血的治療作用

【摘要】:目的探討動(dòng)物犬腹部開(kāi)放傷合并海水浸泡后高滲及低溫對(duì)機(jī)體出凝血系統(tǒng)的影響及血凝酶的治療效果。方法24只動(dòng)物犬致腹部開(kāi)放傷后隨機(jī)分為3組(每組8只):對(duì)照組經(jīng)過(guò)海水浸泡;普通治療組經(jīng)海水浸泡后打撈出水,給予一般的急救處理;血凝酶組經(jīng)海水浸泡后打撈出水,給予一般的急救處理,同時(shí)靜脈滴注血凝酶1 kU。檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目:凝血酶原時(shí)間(PT)、部分凝血活酶時(shí)間(KPTT)、D-二聚體、凝血因子Ⅱ、組織血漿纖溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纖溶酶原激活物滅活物(PAI-1)等。結(jié)果3組間PT差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。血凝醇組比對(duì)照組KPTT減少,D-二聚體和凝血因子Ⅱ增加,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。血凝酶組的t-PA明顯高于對(duì)照組和普通治療組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論海水浸泡后可引起機(jī)體凝血激活和微小血栓形成。血凝酶是一種安全、有效的止血藥物,對(duì)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)尤其是戰(zhàn)傷救護(hù)具有重要價(jià)值。
