【摘要】：目的開展飲食衛(wèi)生百日安全活動(dòng) ,做好飲食衛(wèi)生安全工作。方法采用回顧性調(diào)研的方法 ,總結(jié)多年來開展飲食衛(wèi)生百日安全活動(dòng)的做法。結(jié)果總結(jié)出 4點(diǎn)做法和體會(huì) :(1)加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo) ,健全組織 ,明確“一個(gè)目標(biāo)” ;(2 )部門協(xié)同 ,齊抓共管 ,突出“兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)” ;(3)精心組織 ,嚴(yán)密部署 ,落實(shí)“三項(xiàng)措施” ;(4)加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo) ,搞好保障 ,做到“四個(gè)到位”。通過這些做法 ,收到了較好的效果 ,確保了飲食衛(wèi)生安全 ,連續(xù) 2 3年杜絕了食物中毒和腸道烈性傳染病暴發(fā)流行 ,部隊(duì)腸道傳染病呈逐年下降趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論采取的 4點(diǎn)做法是切合部隊(duì)實(shí)際的 ,也是行之有效的 ,對(duì)其他部隊(duì)也有較好的參考作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to carry out a hundred-day safety activities for food hygiene and do a good job of food hygiene and safety.Methods A retrospective survey was carried out to summarize the practice of food hygiene and safety activities in recent years.The results summed up 4 points of practice and experience: strengthening leadership, perfecting organization, making clear "one goal" and "one goal", coordinating departments, grasping management together, stressing "two key points" and making careful organization and strict arrangement.Carry out the "three measures" 4) strengthen the guidance, do a good job of security, and achieve "four in place."Through these measures, good results were obtained, food safety was ensured, food poisoning and enteric infectious diseases broke out for 23 years in succession, and the army enteric infectious diseases showed a decreasing trend year by year.Conclusion the four-point approach is practical and effective, and has a good reference value for other troops.
