【摘要】：目的 提高部隊(duì)營區(qū)生活、環(huán)境質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)官兵文明衛(wèi)生素養(yǎng),全面推進(jìn)部隊(duì)整體健康水平。方法 依據(jù)《“十五”期間全軍愛國衛(wèi)生工作規(guī)劃》和全軍愛衛(wèi)會《關(guān)于開展創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營”活動的通知》、《創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營”實(shí)施辦法和考評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。結(jié)果 總結(jié)出4點(diǎn)做法:(1)加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),深化認(rèn)識,樹立新觀念;(2)部門協(xié)同,科學(xué)安排,探索新模式;(3)因地制宜,分類指導(dǎo),合力抓建設(shè);(4)明確目標(biāo),落實(shí)責(zé)任,全面上臺階。結(jié)論 工作實(shí)踐中總結(jié)的做法對部隊(duì)開展創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營”活動有一定指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the living and environmental quality of military barracks, enhance the civilized and hygienic literacy of officers and men, and promote the overall health level of the troops.Methods according to the Plan of Patriotic Health work of the whole Army during the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the notice of establishing the "civilized Health barracks" and the "implementing measures and Evaluation Standards for the Establishment of the civilized Health barracks" of the Association of Patriotic and Medical Protection of the whole Army, the results were analyzed and summarized.The results showed that 4 points of practice: 1) strengthen leadership, deepen understanding, establish new concept, coordinate with other departments, arrange scientifically, explore new mode to take measures according to local conditions, classify guidance, make joint efforts to grasp the construction of 4) clear goals, carry out responsibility, and advance to the next level in an all-round way.Conclusion the practice summarized in the work practice has a certain guiding effect on the establishment of "civilized health barracks" in the army.
