【摘要】：正 隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的深入發(fā)展和社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立和完善,軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院面向社會(huì)后,為解決地方看病難、住院難的問(wèn)題起到了重要作用。隨時(shí),在收治地方病人的過(guò)程中提高了技術(shù)水平,密切了軍民關(guān)系,并在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)了軍費(fèi)不足。作為擔(dān)負(fù)衛(wèi)生后勤保障使命的軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院,如何適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)與戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)的需要,在國(guó)家醫(yī)療制度變革的大環(huán)境中,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理,不斷提高衛(wèi)勤保障綜合能力,已經(jīng)引起各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理者的高度重視。下面就軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)工作總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)
