【摘要】：目的研究潛艇密閉環(huán)境下軍人皮膚表面微生物分布特征和變化特點,為潛艇艇員針對性衛(wèi)勤保障提供依據(jù)。方法利用樣本采集拭子采集潛艇艇員皮膚表面標本122份,進行細菌培養(yǎng),分純后通過基質(zhì)輔助激光解吸電離飛行時間質(zhì)譜儀(MALDI-TOF-MS)鑒定。結(jié)果共分離細菌52種229株,真菌2種2株,主要優(yōu)勢條件致病菌為鮑氏不動桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌和陰溝腸桿菌,優(yōu)勢棲居菌為滕黃微球菌、奧斯陸莫拉菌、烏爾新不動桿菌、表皮葡萄球菌和黏質(zhì)沙雷菌。任務中后期與任務前期相比,優(yōu)勢條件致病菌和棲居菌均明顯增多。結(jié)論獲得了潛艇密閉環(huán)境下軍人皮膚表面微生物菌譜,平戰(zhàn)時需進行針對性藥品配備并采取戰(zhàn)創(chuàng)傷救治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution and change characteristics of microbes on the skin surface of military personnel in the closed environment of submarine, and to provide the basis for the targeted medical support of submarine crew.Methods 122 samples of skin surface of submarine crew were collected from samples and cultured, and identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF-MS).Results A total of 229 strains of 52 species and 2 species of fungi were isolated. The main pathogenic bacteria were Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae.Staphylococcus epidermidis and M. Shareh.In the middle and late stage of the task, the number of pathogenic bacteria and resident bacteria increased significantly.Conclusion the microbiological spectrum of the skin surface of military personnel in the closed environment of submarine was obtained. The targeted drugs should be equipped and the treatment measures of war trauma should be taken.
