【摘要】：健康管理是現(xiàn)代生物醫(yī)學(xué)與先進(jìn)的信息化管理技術(shù)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,是應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)今世界慢性非傳染性疾病的挑戰(zhàn)、適應(yīng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)變的有效措施。將健康管理技術(shù)與服務(wù)引入干部預(yù)防保健領(lǐng)域,建立符合保健對(duì)象特點(diǎn)與需求的健康管理平臺(tái),對(duì)保健對(duì)象實(shí)施健康體檢、健康評(píng)價(jià)與健康改善一體化的綜合保健服務(wù),將提高保健對(duì)象的健康水平。健康管理不僅為保健工作提供了理論與方法支持,而且將提高保健對(duì)象的自我保健意識(shí)與能力,并為國(guó)家預(yù)防及醫(yī)療保健戰(zhàn)略的制定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Health management is an organic combination of modern biomedicine and advanced information management technology. It is an effective measure to meet the challenge of chronic non-communicable diseases in the world and to adapt to the transformation of medical service mode.The technology and service of health management was introduced into the field of preventive health care for cadres, and a health management platform was established to meet the characteristics and needs of the health care objects. The health examination, health evaluation and health improvement were integrated into the comprehensive health care services for the health care objects.The health level of the health care target will be improved.Health management not only provides theoretical and methodological support for health care, but also improves the self-care awareness and ability of health care objects, and provides the basis for the formulation of national prevention and health care strategy.
