下體負壓反復暴露對下體負壓耐力的影響

【摘要】:目的探討反復下體負壓暴露對人體下體負壓(LBNP) 耐力的影響及其與心血管功能的關系。方法10 名男性健康被試者進行負壓值為- 50 m m Hg 、持續(xù)8 min 的下體負壓鍛煉,每天1 次、連續(xù)8 d ,記錄心率及血壓。鍛煉前后進行LBNP 耐力檢查,并測量心臟泵血功能。結果鍛煉前、后負壓最大耐受時間(DNP) 及累積應激指數(shù)(CSI) 分別為:1058 ±216 s,1354 ±233 s;45833 ±12546 s·m m Hg 、63433±13458 s·m m Hg ,鍛煉前后差異顯著( P< 0 .05) ,,心臟泵血功能呈增強趨勢。結論下體負壓反復暴露可提高人的下體負壓耐力,其原因之一可能在于增強了心肌的收縮能力,降低外周血管的順應性,心血管系統(tǒng)對低血壓應激的代償機制更加有效,從而提高了心水平動脈血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of repeated lower body negative pressure exposure (LBNPs) on human LBNPs and the relationship between LBNPs and cardiovascular function.Methods Ten male healthy subjects were treated with negative pressure (-50mm Hg) for 8 min, once a day for 8 days. Heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP) were recorded.LBNP endurance test was performed before and after exercise, and cardiac pump function was measured.Results before and after exercise, the maximum tolerance time of negative pressure and the cumulative stress index (CSI) were 1: 1058 鹵216s (1354 鹵233sg) 45833 鹵12546 SmHg 63433 鹵13458 smHg, respectively (P < 0. 05). The blood function of cardiac pump showed a tendency to increase (P < 0. 05).Conclusion repeated exposure of lower body negative pressure can improve the endurance of lower body negative pressure, which may be due to the enhancement of myocardial contractility and the decrease of peripheral vascular compliance, and the more effective compensatory mechanism of cardiovascular system for hypotension stress.As a result, the blood pressure of the cardiac artery is raised.
