【摘要】：目的:測(cè)算部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人力資源配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法:采用馬爾柯夫模型(Mapkob model)預(yù)測(cè)法對(duì)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人力資源的配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(職稱比例)進(jìn)行測(cè)算。結(jié)果:測(cè)算顯示2002年部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人力資源總量為××人,2003年為××人。預(yù)測(cè)2004年部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人力資源總量為××人,職稱配置比例為主治醫(yī)師(主治技師)∶醫(yī)師(技師)∶醫(yī)士(技士)=1∶1.5∶1.7,顯示未來擁有部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)比例配置呈現(xiàn)出一種趨向性變化。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)階段部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫人力資源中的職稱比例配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與馬爾柯夫模型預(yù)測(cè)法測(cè)算出的配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有差異,配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)以主治醫(yī)師(主治技師)∶醫(yī)師(技師):醫(yī)士(技士)=1∶1.5:1.7為宜。
[Abstract]:Objective: to calculate the human resource allocation standard of health and epidemic prevention in army.Methods: Markov model Mapkob model method was used to calculate the allocation standard (professional title ratio) of human resources of health and epidemic prevention in army.Results: the total human resources of health and epidemic prevention were 脳 脳 people in 2002 and 脳 脳 people in 2003.It is predicted that the total amount of human resources for health and epidemic prevention in the army in 2004 is 脳 脳 people.The proportion of professional title allocation to that of attending physician (attending technician: physician: doctor 1: 1.5: 1.7) shows that the proportion of human resource structure of health and epidemic prevention in the future has a tendency to change.Conclusion: there is a difference between the standard of professional title proportion in the human resources of health and epidemic prevention and the one calculated by Markov model prediction method.The appropriate allocation standard should be attending physician (attending technician: physician): doctor (1: 1.5: 1.7).
