【摘要】:正 “九五”以來(lái),學(xué)校按照軍委“科技興軍”的指導(dǎo)思想和第四次黨代會(huì)提出的奮斗目標(biāo),專業(yè)技術(shù)干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)工作取得了明顯成效,但另一方面,在管理和建設(shè)工作中也確實(shí)面臨和遇到一些不容忽視的矛盾和問(wèn)題,最突出的是技術(shù)干部職務(wù)“能上不能下”的步于難以邁開(kāi),高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)晉升矛盾日益尖銳;在很大程序上影響到了我們干部隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定和學(xué)校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,1992年以來(lái),我校不斷探索了專業(yè)技術(shù)
[Abstract]:Since the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the school has achieved remarkable results in building the contingent of professional and technical cadres in accordance with the guiding ideology of the Central military Commission for "rejuvenating the Army through Science and Technology" and the objectives set by the fourth Party Congress, but on the other hand,In the management and construction work, there are also some contradictions and problems that can not be ignored. The most prominent is that it is difficult for technical cadres to "be able to go up and down", and the contradiction between the promotion of senior professional and technical posts is becoming increasingly acute;It has affected the stability of our cadre team and the sustainable development of our school in a great extent. Since 1992, our school has continuously explored professional technology.
