【摘要】：目的 :通過心理測(cè)試了解軍訓(xùn)傷士兵的性格、情緒特征 ,為尋找軍訓(xùn)傷發(fā)生的心因性原因提供理論依據(jù)。方法 :運(yùn)用“問卷法”對(duì) 897名參訓(xùn)士兵進(jìn)行“EPQ—RSC/N、E量表整群抽樣調(diào)查測(cè)試 ,回顧性調(diào)查士兵受傷前、后的心理狀況。軍訓(xùn)傷患者由研究人員和軍醫(yī)按“軍訓(xùn)傷定義”、“軍標(biāo)”及“時(shí)間”三個(gè)要素逐個(gè)鑒別、登記。測(cè)試對(duì)象分為受傷組與對(duì)照組 ,測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSSR軟件分析處理。結(jié)果 :受傷組士兵與未受傷組士兵在情緒性、內(nèi)—外向維度上存在明顯差異 (p 0 .0 1) ;受傷組士兵情緒穩(wěn)定性較差 ,性格上傾向于外向 (N、E量表的T分?jǐn)?shù)均高于未受傷組 ,且差異顯著 ,p 0 .0 1)。結(jié)論 :情緒不穩(wěn)定、性格外向的人群可能是軍訓(xùn)傷發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)人群。在軍訓(xùn)傷預(yù)防工作實(shí)施中應(yīng)對(duì)此類人群予以重點(diǎn)觀察 ,并采取針對(duì)性預(yù)防措施
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the character and emotional characteristics of soldiers injured by military training through psychological tests, and to provide a theoretical basis for finding out the psychological causes of military training injuries.Methods: 897 soldiers were tested with the EPQ-RSC-NNE questionnaire. The psychological status of the soldiers before and after the injury was investigated retrospectively.Patients with military training injuries were identified and registered by researchers and doctors according to the definition of military training injury, military standard and time.The subjects were divided into injured group and control group. The test data were analyzed by SPSSR software.Results: there were significant differences in emotional and introverted dimension between the injured group and the uninjured group (P < 0.01), but the emotional stability of the injured group was poor.The T scores of the extroverted NNE scale were higher than those of the uninjured group, and the difference was significant (P 0. 01).Conclusion: emotionally unstable and extroverted people may be at risk of military training injury.In the implementation of the prevention of military training injury, we should focus on the observation of this kind of people, and take targeted preventive measures.
