【摘要】：目的研究中藥復(fù)方對(duì)模擬失重兔血流變及循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)作用,為防護(hù)失重對(duì)心血管功能的不良影響提供依據(jù)。方法用兔頭低位(-20°)傾斜9d模擬失重,觀察中藥復(fù)方對(duì)兔血液流變學(xué)、血脂指標(biāo)及立位耐力的影響。結(jié)果兔模擬失重后紅細(xì)胞壓積減少,紅細(xì)胞變形能力明顯下降,纖維蛋白原含量有增加趨勢(shì);膽固醇和低密度脂蛋白明顯增加,甘油三脂有輕度增高趨勢(shì)。中藥復(fù)方對(duì)血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)改善不明顯,但有降低甘油三脂的趨勢(shì),對(duì)膽固醇的增加也有抑制的趨勢(shì)。在負(fù)壓-立位實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,對(duì)照組兔模擬失重后立位耐受時(shí)間減少,中止實(shí)驗(yàn)前出現(xiàn)了ST段下移、T波倒置及心律紊亂等明顯的心肌缺血性改變;而中藥組兔心率平穩(wěn),心電圖缺血性改變不明顯,立位耐受時(shí)間增加。結(jié)論中藥復(fù)方對(duì)模擬失重兔的立位耐力降低具有顯著的防護(hù)作用,同時(shí)還能改善血脂代謝,從整體上對(duì)機(jī)體各系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),提高了機(jī)體適應(yīng)外界不良環(huán)境、抵御不良刺激的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on hemorheology and circulatory system of simulated weightlessness rabbits, and to provide evidence for prevention of adverse effects of weightlessness on cardiovascular function.Methods the weight loss was simulated with head-low position (-20 擄) tilting for 9 days. The effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound on hemorheology, blood lipid index and standing endurance were observed.Results after simulated weightlessness, hematocrit decreased, erythrocyte deformability decreased, fibrinogen content increased, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein increased, triglyceride increased slightly.The traditional Chinese medicine compound had no obvious improvement on the hemorheology index, but had the tendency of decreasing triglyceride and inhibiting the increase of cholesterol.During the experiment of negative pressure and standing position, the time of standing tolerance was decreased after simulated weightlessness in the control group, and there were obvious myocardial ischemic changes such as St segment downshift T wave inversion and arrhythmia before stopping the experiment, while the heart rate of the Chinese medicine group was stable.The ischemic change of ECG was not obvious, and the standing tolerance time was increased.Conclusion Chinese herbal compound has a significant protective effect on the reduction of standing tolerance of simulated weightlessness rabbits, and it can also improve the metabolism of blood lipid, regulate the whole system of the body, and improve the adaptability of the body to the bad environment.The ability to resist undesirable stimuli.
