中俄聯(lián)合軍事演習(xí)食品衛(wèi)生保障的做法和體會

【摘要】:目的總結(jié)中俄聯(lián)合軍事演習(xí)食品衛(wèi)生保障工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),指導(dǎo)衛(wèi)生防疫人員在地方賓館開展食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督時,要突出重點(diǎn)、抓主要環(huán)節(jié),確保參演官兵身體健康,維護(hù)部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力。方法圍繞中俄聯(lián)合軍事演習(xí)食品安全的危害因素,回顧和總結(jié)建立關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)的具體做法。結(jié)果總結(jié)出6點(diǎn)主要做法:(1)提高認(rèn)識,確保衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作萬無一失;(2)挑選優(yōu)秀從業(yè)人員到重要崗位;(3)衛(wèi)生設(shè)施要達(dá)到基本完善和配套;(4)嚴(yán)把食品采購關(guān);(5)嚴(yán)把食品制作關(guān);(6)落實(shí)各項(xiàng)衛(wèi)生管理規(guī)定。由于采取了這些做法,圓滿地完成了中俄聯(lián)合軍事演習(xí)食品衛(wèi)生保障任務(wù)。結(jié)論在衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督人員少,保障環(huán)節(jié)多的情況下,合理應(yīng)用危害因素關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)方法,可提高衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督效率,保證食品衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the working experience of food hygiene support in Sino-Russian joint military exercises, and to instruct health and epidemic prevention personnel to stress the key points, grasp the main links, ensure the health of the officers and soldiers participating in the exercise, and maintain the combat effectiveness of the troops when conducting food hygiene supervision in local hotels.Methods based on the hazardous factors of food safety in Sino-Russian joint military exercises, the methods of establishing critical control points were reviewed and summarized.The results concluded that six main ways to raise awareness were:To ensure that the work of health supervision is foolproof 2) to select excellent employees to important posts. 3) the sanitation facilities should be basically perfect and complete with a complete set of 4) strict food procurement and 5) strict food production. 6) to implement various hygiene management regulations.As a result of these practices, the Chinese-Russian joint military exercises successfully completed the task of food hygiene support.Conclusion under the condition of fewer health supervisors and more guarantee links, the reasonable application of the critical control point method of hazard factors can improve the efficiency of health supervision and ensure the food hygiene quality.
