【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)空軍青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員視力和屈光狀況及其影響因素的分析,確定影響該人群視力變化的關(guān)鍵因素,為開(kāi)展和保證視力監(jiān)控的有效性提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)比403名青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員定選及入校后3個(gè)月遠(yuǎn)視力變化及現(xiàn)階段的屈光情況,并對(duì)可能影響學(xué)員視力變化的因素進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分別采用Wilcoxon符號(hào)秩檢驗(yàn)和Logistic回歸分析視力變化程度及主要影響因素。結(jié)果入校僅3個(gè)月,學(xué)員遠(yuǎn)視力變化即存在顯著差異(P0.05),低常率達(dá)到28.79%,9.68%的學(xué)員視力下降至0.8。散瞳后屈光檢查結(jié)果提示27.05%的學(xué)員屈光不良�，F(xiàn)階段閱讀姿勢(shì)和飲食偏好是造成學(xué)員們短期視力下降的主要危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論定期對(duì)學(xué)員的遠(yuǎn)視力及屈光度進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)于優(yōu)選飛行苗子、提高成飛率、了解和制定視力保護(hù)措施具有重要意義。視力保護(hù)需要常抓不懈,科學(xué)有效的監(jiān)管和學(xué)員主觀努力相結(jié)合,才能真見(jiàn)成效。只有持之以恒地進(jìn)行視力保護(hù),充分發(fā)揮學(xué)員自身的主觀能動(dòng)性才能真正起到保護(hù)視力的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the visual acuity, refractive index and its influencing factors of air force youth aviation school students, and to find out the key factors that affect the visual acuity change of this population, and to provide scientific basis for carrying out and ensuring the effectiveness of visual surveillance.Methods A total of 403 students from aviation school were enrolled in this study. The changes of distant vision and refractive index were compared 3 months after admission, and the factors that might influence the changes of vision were investigated by questionnaire.Wilcoxon sign rank test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the degree of visual acuity change and the main influencing factors.Results only 3 months after admission, there was a significant difference in far visual acuity of students (P 0.05), and the visual acuity of students with low normal rate of 28.79% and 9.68% decreased to 0.8%.The results of refractive examination after mydriasis showed that 27.05% of the students had ametropia.At present, reading posture and eating preference are the main risk factors for students' short-term vision decline.Conclusion it is of great significance to monitor the distant vision and diopter of cadets regularly in order to select the flying seedling, improve the flying rate, understand and formulate the measures of visual protection.The vision protection needs unremitting, scientific and effective supervision and students subjective efforts to achieve real results.Only by persisting in visual protection and giving full play to students' subjective initiative can they really play a role in protecting eyesight.
