【摘要】：目的了解長江沿岸武警某部官兵血防知識、態(tài)度和行為情況,并調(diào)查血吸蟲感染情況,為制定武警部隊血防措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法對江蘇長江沿岸武警某部官兵進行問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括社會人口學(xué)資料、血吸蟲病防治知識、態(tài)度和行為方式,并對所有調(diào)查對象進行查病。結(jié)果 2個調(diào)查點共調(diào)查376人。血防知識總及格率72.87%,不同年齡組官兵血防知識及格率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=0.26,P0.05),流行區(qū)官兵的及格率顯著高于非流行區(qū)(χ~2=4.71,P0.05);干部的及格率顯著高于普通士兵(χ~2=4.21,P0.05);初中、高中、大專、本科及以上官兵的及格率依次遞增,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=8.16,P0.05)。官兵防治態(tài)度積極者占93.88%。接觸疫水的行為方式中,訓(xùn)練占17.55%,參加任務(wù)(如抗洪搶險、水上作業(yè))占86.44%。下水時,采取防護措施的行為發(fā)生率為52.93%。防治知識及格組官兵的防護措施行為發(fā)生率顯著高于不及格組官兵(χ~2=10.55,P0.05)。2個營區(qū)內(nèi)糞便都經(jīng)過無害化處理。376名官兵的血檢陽性率為0.53%,血檢陽性者病原學(xué)檢查結(jié)果均為陰性。結(jié)論長江沿岸武警部隊血吸蟲病防治知識及正確行為整體水平有待提高,加強血吸蟲病健康教育及推行行為干預(yù)是部隊血吸蟲病防治工作的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of the officers and soldiers of the armed police department along the Yangtze River, and to investigate the situation of schistosomiasis infection in order to provide a reference for formulating the measures for the prevention of schistosomiasis in the armed police force.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among officers and soldiers of the Armed Police Force along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province. The contents of the survey included social demographic data, knowledge of schistosomiasis control, attitude and behavior, and all the subjects were investigated.Results 376 people were investigated in 2 sites.The pass rate of officers and soldiers at or above the undergraduate level increased in turn, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 8.16 / P _ (0.05)).The active attitude of officers and soldiers to prevent and cure the disease accounted for 93.88.In the behavior mode of contact with infected water, training accounted for 17.55 and participating in tasks (such as flood prevention and rescue, water work) accounted for 86.4445.The incidence of protective measures in water was 52.93.The incidence of protective measures behavior in the pass group was significantly higher than that in the failing group (蠂 2 + 10.55%, P 0.05). The positive rate of blood test was 0.53 in the faeces of all the 376officers and soldiers treated innocuously in the two camps, and the results of etiological examination in the patients with positive blood examination were all negative.Conclusion the knowledge and correct behavior of schistosomiasis prevention and control in armed police forces along the Yangtze River need to be improved. Strengthening health education of schistosomiasis and carrying out behavioral intervention is the key to the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in the army.
