可穿戴電容耦合式電極在載人航天心電檢測中的應用

【摘要】:目的研究可穿戴的小尺寸電容耦合式電極在載人航天中的應用問題。方法針對電極尺寸減小對信號幅值和噪聲帶來的影響,在系統(tǒng)設計中采用動態(tài)驅動屏蔽的電極結構、噪聲性能優(yōu)良的阻抗轉換放大器等措施提高信噪比,并采用小波閾值濾波算法去噪。結果相比直徑4 cm電極,直徑2 cm電容耦合式電極采集的信號幅值減小,但心電信號P波、QRS波、T波均得到完整檢測,并在降低界面噪聲方面具有一定的優(yōu)勢。小波閾值濾波有效消除噪聲。結論本文所設計的使用小尺寸電容耦合式電極的心電檢測系統(tǒng)實現了隔著衣服對心電信號的非接觸式檢測,信號波形清晰完整,可以滿足航天醫(yī)學監(jiān)護要求。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the application of wearable small size capacitive coupling electrode in manned spaceflight. Methods aiming at the effect of electrode size reduction on signal amplitude and noise, a dynamic drive shielding electrode structure is used in the system design. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) is improved by impedance conversion amplifier with good noise performance, and the wavelet threshold filtering algorithm is used to de-noise. The results show that compared with the 4 cm diameter electrode, the amplitude of the signal collected by the 2 cm capacitance coupling electrode is smaller than that of the 2 cm capacitance coupling electrode. But the P wave and QRS wave T wave of ECG were all detected completely. The wavelet threshold filter can effectively eliminate the noise. Conclusion the ECG detection system designed in this paper using the small-size capacitive coupling electrode realizes the ECG signal through clothes. Non-contact detection, The signal waveform is clear and complete, which can meet the requirements of aerospace medical monitoring.
