【摘要】：目的 :摸索應(yīng)急部隊(duì)在應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)條件下衛(wèi)生防疫保障的規(guī)律性 ,以更好地提高部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力 ,保證各項(xiàng)應(yīng)急任務(wù)的完成。方法 :把衛(wèi)生防病保障諸多因素視作一個(gè)“屏障”系統(tǒng) ,針對(duì)應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)的特點(diǎn) ,結(jié)合以往衛(wèi)生防疫的經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,總結(jié)論述未來戰(zhàn)爭條件下應(yīng)急作戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障的規(guī)律和基本模式。結(jié)果 :通過分析總結(jié) ,從以下幾個(gè)方面論述了建立應(yīng)急部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫屏障的問題 :(1)衛(wèi)生防疫屏障的形成 ;(2 )衛(wèi)生防疫屏障作用的發(fā)揮 ;(3)建立衛(wèi)生防疫屏障的基本工作程序 ;(4 )加強(qiáng)應(yīng)急部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫專業(yè)訓(xùn)練。結(jié)論 :應(yīng)急部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫屏障的建立對(duì)未來高技術(shù)局部戰(zhàn)爭具有重要的意義 ,應(yīng)在現(xiàn)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上 ,進(jìn)一步加大防疫屏障的研究力度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the regularity of hygienic and epidemic prevention support for emergency troops under emergency combat conditions, so as to improve the combat effectiveness of the troops. Methods: taking many factors of health prevention and disease protection as a "barrier" system, considering the characteristics of emergency combat troops and combining the past experience of health and epidemic prevention, This paper summarizes and discusses the laws and basic modes of health and epidemic prevention support for emergency combat troops under the conditions of future war. In this paper, the problem of establishing the health and epidemic prevention barrier of emergency troops is discussed from the following aspects: 1) the formation of the health and epidemic prevention barrier 2) the exertion of the function of the health epidemic prevention barrier 3) the basic working procedure of establishing the health and epidemic prevention barrier. Conclusion: the establishment of health and epidemic prevention barrier in emergency troops is of great significance to the future high-tech local war. On the basis of existing experience, the study of epidemic barrier should be further strengthened.
