【摘要】：近年來部隊結(jié)核病疫情有明顯的上升趨勢 ,每年發(fā)生肺結(jié)核病例 30 0 0例以上 ,僅結(jié)核病住院治療費用已超過 10 0 0萬元 ,并損失數(shù)十萬個工作日 ,每年還造成多例患者死亡 ,已給部隊造成嚴重危害。目前部隊結(jié)核病控制還存在較多問題 ,如 ,缺乏明確的結(jié)核病控制規(guī)劃 ,缺乏部隊結(jié)核病控制對策的研究 ,防治經(jīng)費短缺 ,疫情報告質(zhì)量不高等。建議部隊根據(jù)自身實際情況 ,制定結(jié)核病控制規(guī)劃 ,并做好以下幾個方面的工作 :充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有疾病監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的作用 ,提高部隊疫情報告質(zhì)量 ,將結(jié)核病疫情報告納入部隊結(jié)核病控制規(guī)劃之中 ;增加結(jié)核病防治經(jīng)費 ;加強部隊結(jié)核病防治策略的研究 ;強化抗結(jié)核藥物的供應(yīng) ,保證結(jié)核病患者能完成全程治療 ;加強新兵訓(xùn)練期間以及訓(xùn)練部門、通訊部門的結(jié)核病防治工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in the army has an obvious upward trend. There are more than 3000 cases of tuberculosis cases every year. The cost of hospitalization for tuberculosis has exceeded 100 million yuan, and hundreds of thousands of working days have been lost. At present, there are still many problems in tuberculosis control in the army, such as the lack of a clear TB control plan and the lack of research on measures to combat tuberculosis in the army. The army should, according to its actual situation, formulate a TB control plan and do a good job in the following aspects: give full play to the role of the existing disease surveillance system, To improve the quality of troop epidemic report and to incorporate TB epidemic report into the tuberculosis control planning of the army; to increase the funding for tuberculosis control; to strengthen the research on tuberculosis prevention and control strategy of the army; and to strengthen the supply of anti-tuberculosis drugs. To ensure that TB patients can complete the whole course of treatment; to strengthen the training of recruits and training departments, communication department TB prevention and control work.
