【摘要】：目的探討駐疫區(qū)附近部隊(duì)防治高致病性禽流感的做法,防止疫情傳入部隊(duì),確保官兵健康。方法對(duì)高致病性禽流感防治工作的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié)。結(jié)果總結(jié)出駐疫區(qū)附近部隊(duì)防治禽流感工作的5點(diǎn)做法:(1)抓認(rèn)識(shí),組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到位,快速應(yīng)對(duì)有方;(2)抓教育,思想發(fā)動(dòng)到位,群防群控有法;(3)抓防控,檢查督促到位,工作規(guī)范有序;(4)抓預(yù)防,防治措施到位,方法科學(xué)有效;(5)抓協(xié)同,配合溝通到位,軍地協(xié)同有力。結(jié)論疫情發(fā)生期間,只要加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),開展宣傳教育,采取綜合措施,強(qiáng)化檢查督促,軍地溝通協(xié)同,就能有效防止疫情傳入部隊(duì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevention and treatment of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the army near the epidemic area, and to prevent the outbreak from spreading to the army. To ensure the health of officers and soldiers. Methods the practice of the prevention and control of highly pathogenic avian influenza was reviewed and summarized. The results summed up the five-point practice of preventing and controlling avian influenza in the troops near the epidemic area. (2) to grasp the education, to start the thought in place, to prevent and control the group prevention and group control, to supervise and supervise the work, to control the work in an orderly manner, to grasp the prevention and control measures in place, to grasp the cooperation and communication in a scientific and effective way. Conclusion during the epidemic period, if we strengthen the organization and leadership, carry out propaganda and education, take comprehensive measures, strengthen inspection and supervision, and strengthen the cooperation between the army and the local authorities, we can effectively prevent the epidemic from spreading to the army.
