【摘要】：目的 :探討某野戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)官兵心理適應(yīng)不良者的人格特征 ,為部隊(duì)征兵和官兵心理輔導(dǎo)提供理論指導(dǎo) .方法 :采用華東師范大學(xué) 1988年修訂的卡特爾 16種人格因素量表(16PF) ,對某野戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)官兵 94 5名進(jìn)行團(tuán)體測試 ,以心理健康指數(shù)Y1得分區(qū)分出心理適應(yīng)不良者和適應(yīng)良好者 ,并對其人格特征進(jìn)行分析 .結(jié)果 :①某野戰(zhàn)部隊(duì)心理適應(yīng)不良者 (心理健康指數(shù)≤ 18分者 )比例為 2 7 5 % ;② 1,2a兵及 5a以上兵心理適應(yīng)不良者比例較多 ,分別占 2 7 3% ,2 5 4 %和2 4 2 % ;③心理適應(yīng)不良者的人格特征表現(xiàn)為 2低 5高的特點(diǎn) ,即低情緒穩(wěn)定性、低興奮性、高懷疑性、高憂慮性、高緊張性、高焦慮性和內(nèi)向型 .結(jié)論 :該部隊(duì)官兵心理適應(yīng)不良者有一定人格偏離 ,必須對他們進(jìn)行人格教育 .
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the personality characteristics of soldiers with mental maladjustment in a field army. To provide theoretical guidance for army conscription and psychological counseling of officers and soldiers. Methods: 945 soldiers in a field army were tested by using Cattell 16 Personality Factor scale (16PF16PF16F), which was revised by East China normal University in 1988. According to the Y1 score of mental health index, the patients with mental maladjustment were distinguished from those with good adaptation.
