【摘要】：目的觀察不同濃度四君子湯對尾部懸吊大鼠比目魚肌肌萎縮的影響。方法尾部懸吊法建立模擬失重模型,30只Sprague-Dawley大鼠隨機分為5組,同步飼養(yǎng)組(CON)、尾吊組(HLU-W)、尾吊+四君子湯高(HLU-H)、中(HLU-M)、低(HLU-L)濃度組,每組6只。用免疫組織化學(xué)法觀察藥物對比目魚肌肌球蛋白重鏈(MHC)的影響。結(jié)果與尾吊組相比,四君子湯高、中濃度組使比目魚肌濕重分別增加了33.11%和37.57%,與同步飼養(yǎng)組亦無顯著性差異;四君子湯高、中、低濃度組使比目魚肌Ⅰ型肌纖維比例增加了34.04%～54.90%,Ⅰ型肌橫截面積增加了8.50%～36.86%,且中濃度組與同步飼養(yǎng)組相比亦無顯著性差異。結(jié)論3種濃度的四君子湯對模擬失重引起的比目魚肌肌萎縮有顯著的對抗作用,且中濃度四君子湯的效果優(yōu)于高、低濃度。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Sijunzi decoction of different concentration on muscle atrophy of soleus muscle in tail-suspended rats. Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats with simulated weightlessness were randomly divided into 5 groups. The effect of drugs on myosin heavy chain (MHCC) of soleus muscle was observed by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that Sijunzi decoction was higher than that of tail suspension group. The wet weight of soleus muscle was increased by 33.11% and 37.57% respectively in the medium concentration group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the low concentration group, the proportion of myofiber of soleus muscle type I increased by 34.04 and 54.90, and the cross sectional area of type 鈪，
