【摘要】：目的　探索濕熱環(huán)境下勞動戰(zhàn)士的安全保障措施。方法　通過環(huán)境熱強度 (濕黑球溫度等 )與人體熱緊張指標 (肛溫、心率與出汗率 )的關系 ,規(guī)定不同熱強度與不同勞動強度下為保障戰(zhàn)士安全的時限。結果　濕熱環(huán)境勞動的時間限值劃分為生理安全上限與耐受極限兩種。生理安全上限時間 :濕黑球溫度 (WGT) 32℃時中度勞動 (MW ) 3h、重度勞動 (HW) 1h、停止極重度勞動 (EHW ) ;WGT 31℃時MW 3h、HW 1.5～ 2h、停止EHW ;WGT 30℃時MW 4h、HW 3h、EHW 1h ;WGT 2 9℃時MW不限制時間、HW 4h、EHW 1.5h ;WGT 2 8℃時HW不限制時間、EHW 2～ 4h ;WGT 2 7℃時EHW不限制時間。耐受極限時間 :WGT 32℃時MW 3h、HW 2h、停止EHW ;WGT 31℃時MW 4h、HW 3h、EHW 1h ;WGT 30℃時MW不限時間、HW 4h、EHW 2～ 3h ;WGT 2 9℃時HW不限制時間、EHW 4h ;WGT 2 8℃時EHW不限制時間。結論　本標準適用于陸軍在熱環(huán)境下勞動的安全保障 ,其他軍兵種也可對照使用以預防中暑。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the safety and security measures of labor soldiers in humid and hot environment. Methods the relationship between environmental heat intensity (wet and black bulb temperature) and human body heat stress index (anal temperature, heart rate and sweating rate) was studied.
